3. Refund Policy

Core Bridge IT Solutions follows a strict no-refund policy.

* Once payment is made for any service, it is **non-refundable** under all circumstances.
* This includes — but is not limited to — service fees, consultation charges, design or development work, marketing campaigns, and any digital service initiated by our team.
* In case of project discontinuation or client-side cancellation, no amount shall be refunded or adjusted.
* Clients are requested to review the project proposal, scope, and deliverables carefully before making payment.

Note: In exceptional cases (such as duplicate transactions or billing errors), refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Core Bridge IT Solutions’ management.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, graphics, content, code, and creative assets developed by Core Bridge IT Solutions are protected under **UAE copyright and international intellectual property laws.

Ownership of digital deliverables (e.g., websites, branding materials, designs) is transferred to the client **only upon full payment** of the agreed amount.



5. Limitation of Liability

* We do not guarantee specific performance metrics, results, or outcomes unless expressly stated in writing.
* Any technical issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or ad platforms are beyond our control and responsibility.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related materials, credentials, and data shared during the course of engagement.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any ongoing project or service agreement in cases of:

* Non-payment or delayed payment.
* Breach of these Terms by the client.
* Misuse, misconduct, or unethical behavior towards our staff or brand.

Upon termination, any work completed up to that point remains the property of Core Bridge IT Solutions until full payment is received.

8. Content & Website Use

All text, graphics, logos, and creative assets displayed on this Website are owned by Core Bridge IT Solutions. Visitors are **not permitted to copy, reproduce, or redistribute** any content without express permission.

Violation of this clause may result in legal action under **UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2021 on Copyright and Neighboring Rights.
