Refund Policy with Code Bridge IT Solutions

At Core Bridge IT Solutions, we value the time, creativity, and technical expertise that go into every project. Hence, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all payments made towards our services.
1. No Refund on Service Charges
Once payment has been received, it is deemed final and non-refundable — regardless of project stage, delivery status, or client satisfaction level.
2. No Refund on Marketing or Ad Campaigns
All expenses related to marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are prepaid and non-refundable due to third-party billing systems.
3. Project Cancellation
If a client decides to cancel a project after initiation, no refund or partial adjustment will be provided. All remaining dues (if any) must be cleared.
4. Exceptions
Refunds will only be processed in the following exceptional cases:
* Duplicate payment due to technical error.
* Incorrect billing or transaction error verified by our finance team.
All approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within **10–15 business days**.
5. Acceptance
By engaging our services or making any payment to Core Bridge IT Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
